The state-of-the-art ER will be staffed by board-certified or eligible emergency room physicians and nurses, 24-hours a day, 365 days a year, just like an emergency room traditionally housed within the walls of a hospital. Henrico Doctors’ Hospital’s new 15,000 square-foot Scott’s Walk ER will be conveniently located in the Scott’s Addition area of the City of Richmond, Virginia.

Designed to meet the community’s growing needs, the new ER will provide the following services and features:

• Full-service emergency care – the same services offered at hospital-based ERs
• Walk-in entrance and covered ambulance entrance for patient drop-off and pick-up with EMS lounge
• 11 ER Rooms, including a fully equipped trauma bay
• Staffed by emergency medicine physicians, specially trained emergency nurses and support teams
• Advanced imaging for diagnostics and testing, including CT scan and X-ray
• Onsite laboratory testing
• Fully integrated department of Henrico Doctors’ Hospital
