Description
Do you know what to expect when you go into labor? Grab your support person and join our in-person Childbirth Education class taught by an active, Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse from Reston Hospital. Topics covered include what to expect from our L&D unit at Reston Hospital, signs of true vs. false labor, stages of labor, and options for pain relief, relaxation techniques, delivery options, interventions and so much more! This class focuses heavily on a vaginal delivery, but briefly touches on an unplanned cesarean section.
