Description
This in-person class provides preparation for labor and birth processes, relaxation and comfort techniques, and potential medical procedures. Also included is what to expect in the immediate postpartum period including physical and emotional changes, healthy habits, and warning signs. This class will also include a tour of the Labor and Delivery unit.
Please only register once per couple. Each registration includes one adult guest. If you are unable to attend, please notify the event coordinator to allow the next person on the waitlist to attend.

This class will be held in Classrooms A & B at Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center located at 4600 Spotsylvania Pkwy, Fredericksburg, VA 22408.
Please enter through the main entrance front lobby, turn right in the main corridor. Turn right at the Chapel and then go through the door entrance way. Classrooms will be on the right. .
