Description
Stop the Bleed is a 90-minute in-person course that teaches participants the lifesaving skills needed to prevent the #1 cause of death after an injury: bleeding. It begins with a formal presentation followed by hands-on practice of applying direct pressure, packing a wound, and using a tourniquet to stop bleeding. Participants will receive a certificate of course completion.

The class will be held in Conference Room A on the 2nd Floor of Pavilion II at Reston Hospital Center located at 1850 Town Ctr Pkwy, Reston, VA 20190.
When you arrive at the hospital, park in Parking Garage B. When you cross the street from the garage to the hospital, follow the walkway to the left, towards the Pavilion II entrance.
Once inside, use the elevators to the left of the information desk.
