Alan McLuckie, MD, FACC, is an interventional cardiologist with LewisGale Physicians—Heart of Virginia Cardiology, in Salem.

Dr. McLuckie completed his undergraduate work in the natural sciences at Johns Hopkins University, where he graduated with honors and was inducted into the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa academic society. Following college, he received his medical degree from Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences

Dr. McLuckie enjoys both caring for critically ill cardiac patients in the hospital and following patients on a continued basis in his office. He welcomes the opportunity to know his patients on a personal level and achieve a treatment plan that works.
