Dr. Mahlof takes a holistic approach to wellness that includes fitness and nutrition. He is a group fitness enthusiast and enjoys CrossFit and other group training based activities. He is also a passionate home cook, and loves connecting with friends and family through his Mediterranean and North African style of cooking.
