About Ruth Felsen, MD
Biography
Dr. Ruth Felsen is board certified in general surgery and has dedicated her practice to breast surgery for many years. A native of Maryland, she was valedictorian at the University of Maryland, where she earned a Bachelor in Biochemistry and Linguistics. She graduated from Harvard Medical School and completed her general surgery residency at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. Her residency training included a one-year international surgical fellowship in Ecuador.
