Rebecca White, CNM, WHNP, IBCLC, is a Certified Nurse Midwife and Women's Health Nurse Practitioner with Lewis Gale Physicians, seeing patients in Salem and Blacksburg, Virginia. Ms. White earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing followed by her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.

In creating a partnership with women in their healthcare, I find it vital to make space for informed choice with every decision, and to recognize pregnancy and birth are normal physiological processes. I believed that by focusing on education and facilitating open communication, women and their families are empowered to build the foundation for a healthy and safe pregnancy.
