Mental health services we offer

We prioritize helping you heal. From therapy to medical assistance, we are here to help you find mental health care methods that work for you.

Our mental health center's mission

Our mental health services are designed to be short-term and intensive. The goal of all of our programs is to empower you to develop effective strategies that will help you achieve emotional wellness. Our programs also help you develop the skills to cope with stress, anxiety and depression. Our inpatient and outpatient programs use various treatment methods, including group therapy and transition services.

Adult inpatient psychiatric care

Our hospital has a beautiful, 17-bed inpatient unit designed to provide you with a comfortable place to receive mental health treatment. During your stay with us, your mental and physical comfort are our top priorities. We also focus on individualized treatment plans that aim to help you recover from traumatic life events, as well as other mental health disorders.

While each plan is individualized, we utilize proven treatment strategies such as:

  • 24/7 clinical support
  • Daily psychiatric care
  • Intensive group, individual and family therapy
  • Medical care from internal medicine physicians
  • Medication administration, monitoring and management
  • Private and semi-private rooms
  • Transitional and ongoing contact with personal and medical caretakers
  • Treatment for addiction

Adult partial hospitalization

Our partial hospitalization program (PHP) combines a highly structured environment during the day with the opportunity to spend evenings at home. These care plans are most beneficial for patients in need of cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

Our program works to provide a sense of safety and confidentiality. Our specialists will assist you as you learn new ways to cope with stress, anxiety and depression.

The PHP may be right for you if you:

  • Are at risk of being admitted to a psychiatric hospital
  • Are transitioning from inpatient psychiatric hospitalization (care)
  • May have symptoms of depression and anxiety
  • May face obstacles when functioning in everyday situations
  • Need support to achieve short-term stabilization

We use proven strategies like daily safety checks and psychiatric consultations to help you on your mental wellness journey. We also offer different therapy options based on your individual needs. You'll have the option of group therapy and peer-group meetings on a variety of wellness and recovery topics, as well as individual and family sessions.
