Medical weight loss program

Our medical weight loss program is a nonsurgical option that combines nutrition counseling, meal replacement products and group fitness training in a 10-week program. Our program is medically supervised and draws on the expertise of several disciplines including fitness and nutrition. Your treatment plan is personalized to your health needs.

Bariatric surgery

If a nonsurgical option does not help you reach your health goals, you have the option of bariatric surgery. The surgery, also known as weight loss surgery, uses gastrointestinal procedures that help you feel fuller faster and causes weight loss. To find out if bariatric surgery is right for you, contact our bariatric program coordinator at (703) 689-9328 for more information.

To attend our nutrition services program, your personal physician will need to provide a referral. Contact our office at (877) 689-3627 and a staff member will explain how.

What dietitians do and finding an expert

We can find a dietitian to help you develop a nutrition plan that best fits your health goals.

What is a dietitian?

Registered dietitians are nutrition experts with degrees in nutrition, dietetics, public health or related fields. Using evidence-based food and nutrition information, our specialists are able to translate the science of nutrition into practical solutions for healthy living. A registered dietitian can put you on the path to lowering your weight, eating healthier and reducing your risk of chronic disease.
