Advance care planning
Advance directives are legal documents that allow you to give directions for your future medical care. Advance directives help you protect your right to request or refuse care.
Patient rights and responsibilities
We respect the dignity and pride of each individual we serve. We want our patients to be informed of their rights, responsibilities, and have access to contacts for complaints and grievances.
Patient policies and procedures
At Retreat Doctors' Hospital, we want you to be informed about your care in our hospital, so you will know what to expect before, during and after your stay.
Prepare for your visit
We understand how important it is for you to feel prepared before your hospital stay. You will find information on what you need for admission, what personal items to bring and how to prepare in the days before your procedure.
Patient advocate
If you have a concern or a compliment regarding your care, please contact the patient advocate. Retreat Doctors' Hospital's patient advocate can be reached at (804) 747-5689.
